IMPORTANT

Once you have placed your order, you will need to send an email to GREATPLATEUK@GMAIL.COM, this needs to include a clear image of one document from each section stated on the legal documents page. (Link is at the top of our website).
Once we have received your valid legal documents, your number plate will go into production and be sent out to you as soon as possible. You can also send these images to our Whattsapp Number on 07392580684

Returns

We do not offer refunds as made up Number Plates are a bespoke item, therefore we are unable to offer a full refund. However you do have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing before it goes into production.
 

Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty with every order and our warranty covers the lettering on your plates.

We aim to ship your product next day after we have received your legal documents. Please allow up to 2 working days as each number plate is made to order. The quicker you send us your legal documents, the quicker we can process your order. You will receive a confirmation shipping email once your number plates have been shipped. If you are in a rush for your plates and can't wait that long message us on our Whattsapp number 07392580684 and we will try and get it done quicker.
