Once you have placed your order, you will need to send an email to GREATPLATEUK@GMAIL.COM, this needs to include a clear image of one document from each section stated on the legal documents page. (Link is at the top of our website).

We do not offer refunds as made up Number Plates are a bespoke item, therefore we are unable to offer a full refund. However you do have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing before it goes into production.

We offer a 12 month warranty with every order and our warranty covers the lettering on your plates.SHIPPING INFO
We aim to ship your product next day after we have received your legal documents. Please allow up to 2 working days as each number plate is made to order. The quicker you send us your legal documents, the quicker we can process your order. You will receive a confirmation shipping email once your number plates have been shipped.
